- Anger Coach Mobile. The Anger Coach will soon be releasing a new iPhone/iPod Touch appljcation for anger management called The Anger Coach Mobile, allowing you to use the eight tools of anger control on the go. Among its many innovative features will be the ability to rate your anger in "real time" so you can actively measure your progress as go throught the program. The application will be free for 30 days after initial launch. Send us an email to be placed on pre-launch list.

Anger Management Weekly Classes or Fast-Track Workshops

Anger and Stress Management On-Site Trainings
Many companies elect to hire us for on-site anger and stress management trainings. Typcially we train owners, managers and supervisors in groups of 5-15 people on-site or with video conferencing for persons in other company locations. Our standard training consists of learning our acclaimed 8 tools model of anger control in a ten-hour program which can be done two-hours at a time or on another schedule determined by company needs. All participants receive workbooks to practice material between sessions. The eight tools and associated skills taught with PowerPoint, discussion and videos are:
- How to deal more effectively with both work stress and personal stress
- Developing more empathy and social awareness, two key "Emotional intelligence" skills
- Learning to respond instead of react to anger triggers and stressful situation
- How to change internal self-talk to reduce anger and stress
- Numerous specific communication and conflict resolution skills to express feelings or deal with issues effectively rather than becoming irritable, or having anger outbursts. Also how to express anger itself constructively when necessary.
- Learning how to adjust expectations to increase patience, to decrease frustrations and to increase tolerance of othes.
- Learning how to accept what is without holding grudges and resentments.
- How to retreat and think things over in a conflict, before things get out of hand

Executive Coaching
Some employees prefer private anger management coaching. Therefore, we offer an 8 or 10-hour private anger management training program either on-site or in our offices in Orange and Long Beach, California. The fee for such coaching is $150 per hour.
