Episode 1 : Stress
November, 2009
This months episode discusses the effect stress has on our anger. If you learn how to manage your stressors better, you can learn to manage your anger as well.

Episode 2 : Empathy
December, 2009
This months episode discusses the positive effect Empathy has on our anger. If you can learn to see the world through the eyes of other people and truely empathize with people you will find that it will be hard to get angry with them.
Episode 3 : Respond Instead of React
January, 2010
For this episode, we talk about how to control anger by choosing how we respond to things instead of reacting. When we react we give little thought to our actions and their outcomes, however if we choose to respond instead of reacting, we think about different ways we can behave and then choose the best response. This is important because we can't always control the things that make us angry, but we can control how we respond to these situations.

Episode 4 : Change Your "Self-Talk"
February, 2010
In this video we help show people how to control their anger by paying attention to their "Anger Triggers". We live in a complex world and there is literally no end to things that can trigger anger in us, and while we may not be able to control what triggers anger in us, we can control how we respond to that trigger. The way we teach people to do that is by changing our "self talk". If we change what we tell ourselves about what made us angry, we can change the way we respond to that anger trigger.

Episode 5 : Communicate Assertively
March, 2010
In this video we discuss the importance of assertive communication. Sometimes anger can arise simply because we have not asserted ourselves properly. To communicate assertively you need to be honest and open with the people around you. If your partner does something that upsets you - tell them honestly what they did and offer practical ways to avoid the situation in the future.
Often people simply "bottle up" their feelings until one day they explode in an outburst of anger, but by communicating assertively you can avoid these situations and improve your relationships with those around you.

Episode 6 : Four Ways to Forgive and Accept Wrong by Your Partner
April, 2010
In this video we discuss the importance forgiveness plays in anger management and relationships. To forgive means to let go of resentment. It does not mean we condone or even forget the wrong we may have encountered. Forgiveness involves a commitment to protect ourselves from future harm and to protect our state of mind despite the damage we may have incurred from a partner. All of us can forgive, but that decision has to be one we make ourselves at a time that we can truly commit to.
